Today I feel ... tired. I decided I should update/post because I have not posted since Monday, so I feel like I have been a little slackerish. Hehe.

I finally went to a real Krispy Kreme store last night, not like the fake one they have here on campus. It was very cool. I stood in front of the conveyor belt window looking at the conveyor belt of donuts as they were fried on one side, fried on the other side, and then glazed. Wow. Now I know what everyone is talking about when they talk about the conveyor belt of donut making. :)

Been working on my coasters for art class. I need to make 5 more before tomorrow. I've been working on them nonstop for two weeks now (I've made 13), and now I am really sick of coasters and red, white, and blue. Blah. I want to start making cute Pooh coasters. Or finish my darned blanket ... just work on something else for a while. Gahh. I have the perfect craft project lined up for after I finish these coasters. P-E-R-F-E-C-T. Hehe. I can't write about it because *someone* might be reading this, so it will have to stay a secret until the secret is revealed to this person. Hehe. I like being sneaky. :p

There is this girl at work who works really fast and takes up all my work. We are supposed to work together on checking in magazines, but there have not been that many coming in, and she exacerbates the whole situation by *continuing* to work at super-speed instead of taking it easy and spreading out the work with free time. It is driving me insane that there is never anything to do, and then I look like a slacker for not doing anything. I wish she would just go away, and I wish someone had never taught her the program that we use. Gahh. I mean, it's nice to surf the Internet for hours, but even that get boring too after a while. I just don't understand how she doesn't get it that she's part of the problem why we never have anything to do.

There are new people (two or three) moving into our department from somewhere else. It is freaking me out. I don't like new people; I am a creature of habit. Gahh.

Went to watch Kill Bill: Volume 2 last night. It was good. I thought the first one was much more exciting and had cooler fight scenes, but this one had its good points too. I couldn't stop laughing during the eyeball scene. And the old Chinese guy was funny because bad Chinese soap operas set in "ancient times" are really as cheesy as that. Except with maybe more drama. Ha. Did you know the same guy played the bald blindfolded henchman that was head of O-ren's Crazy 88 gang in Volume 1? I noticed that when we were watching the credits. One thought: Didn't really like the ending. I don't want to say too much about it because I don't want to inadvertantly ruin the movie for someone reading my blog, but I thought it was a little anticlimatic.

Not feeling very well. Kind of ache-y all over. Grr. And, of course, as luck would have it, today is my ICTs class. *sigh* Maybe I will just leave early once I get fed up enough with this crap. At least Caroline will be there to keep me company. Yay!

The hot water in our apartment is gone AGAIN. *sobs* Last night, after a very cold shower, I called housing maintenance to complain, and they were all like, "Well, actually, it's a problem with your building, so we can't take individual work orders for the problem. It's actually bad enough that we're going to turn it into a project to fix it." A "PROJECT"?! Um, what the heck does that mean and how long does it take to FIX IT?! So, like, it took them an entire WEEK after I complained last week about the hot water situation to figure out that it was a problem with the whole building, and they're still working on turning it into a project?! Grrr.
