Yesterday I was thinking about how everyone is very stressed out and anxious about their families coming for graduation. Even the people that normally get along well with their families. Hehe.

Last night I went to Sarah's and had some gumbo for the first time. It was yummy. Then she gave us our goodbye presents, which were little pillows that had pictures from our four years iron-transferred onto the front. Then we spent another hour sitting there, signing the backs of the pillows with Sharpies, and chatting. It was a good last get-together. :)

Last night, I gave Nick his graduation present: a graduation stole. It's very pretty; I was pleased with it when I picked it up. (Although not pleased with the price, but that's a different story ...) He was very happy about it. He had been kind of bummed that everyone else had something to wear with their gowns, and all he had was the gown. I am very glad now that I decided to order one for him back in March when I ordered mine because he was so happy last night when I surprised him with his stole that it was worth all the trouble I went through to have it made. :) He was surprised that I'd kept the fact that I'd ordered stoles for the two of us a secret for so long. Muahahaha. Shows him! (He previously told me that I could not keep a secret from him for a long time :p)

Finished! Wrote and turned in my 19-page paper today, and now I have officially finished my undergraduate schooling. Whoohoo!

Dude, I am totally digging the new templates Blogger has now, but I'm too lazy to change my template around and add all the extra stuff to it again. Haha.

Graduation coming up soon. Must pack. And clean. A lot.

This weekend Alice came to visit me, and we went shopping. She found a really cute black dress for $10.00. After shopping, me, her, Nick, and Sarah went to eat at Buca's because she had never been there and I felt she had to experience the joy of Buca di Beppo. Haha. Then we went out to House of Pies and got a strawberry cheesecake and stuffed ourselves some more when we got home. :) Good times, good times.
